COMING JUNE 2017: Chill Yoga will be offering a 6-month, 100-hour Sadhana training beginning in June 2017 and will run through December. The 100hr Sadhana training is a way to deepen your personal practice, learn more about the sacred texts and philsophy of yoga, and ultimately help you enrich your life through the study of yoga. This is not a teacher training, but an opportunity to create a firmer foundation to guide you on your journey to deeper practice. The teachers for this program will be Chill Yoga's Heidi L. Audet, Nerys Bayley and Kimberly Allen. More information and registration opportunity will be coming by mid-February.

Don't let our name fool you... Chill Yoga is a place to relax from your worries; a studio that offers opportunities to practice yoga and learn the art of staying cool under pressure. However, we keep the studio temperature between 75 and 80 degrees. For our students' comfort, fans are used; during the extremely hot weather season, we now offer air conditioning.
