What is Ashtanga Yoga?
Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional style of Yoga comprised of a series of dynamic poses combined with deep breathing. It's a challenging workout which realigns, tones and strengthens your body while developing concentration, focus and relaxation for your mind.
Ashtanga is a great basis for self-practice and can be adapted to meet a student's needs. It's suitable for new students and experienced students wishing to learn a new style or deepen their practice.
What is Kripalu Yoga?
Kripalu Yoga is a tool for self-empowerment and personal growth. It encourages people to practice compassionate self-awareness. You will learn to coordinate breath with movement as you stretch and explore postures. You will gain a deeper appreciation of your body, and a closer relationship with yourself in the process.

What is Vinyasa Yoga?
Vinyasa or "flow yoga" is a popular evolving tradition of yoga emerging in the Western world. Its roots come from the tree of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, whose yoga lineage gave way to three other classical forms of yoga: Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Viniyoga.
"Vinyasa" means "synchronized breath/movement exercising system." The breath is the key to this discipline; it links asana (posture) to asana in a precise manner. Vinyasa yoga can contain qualities similar to tai chi, and sometimes may seem like a flowing, breath-powered dance. Each person will come away from a vinyasa class with his or her own very personal experience. For when you are on the mat, you are in your own world!
