There are many different styles of Yoga, and any modifications can be offered to meet your personal needs.  All styles have proven benefits as far as improving all aspects of your health and well-being.  You will find friendly teachers and a relaxing environment.

We have a beautiful studio with lots of windows, wood floors and high ceilings plus a smaller studio for private and small classes.



Chill Yoga

Chill was started 2 years ago by local Yoga teachers Heidi Audet and Nerys Bayley.  It was conceived as a "home" for anyone who had an interest in Yoga.  We are very excited that other teachers have come on board to offer other styles of Yoga, Meditation,Zumba and workshops.
