About Yoga at Chill.

Ashtanga & Kripalu, the primary styles offered at
Chill, are simply different traditions with the same intent. Both are hatha (physical) yoga practices that offer people a chance to explore, discover, play, relax and rejuvenate. Click here to learn about Chill's cool Yoga styles.

Yoga, by any name has been proven to help reduce stress, tone the body, increase energy and reduce depression and anxiety. Yoga helps people become stronger and more flexible.

We design our class schedule to fit the needs of anyone who wishes to try yoga, regardless of body type, age, level of fitness, injuries.  The ultimate goal of any yoga practice is self discovery and self acceptance.


About Chill Yoga. 

Chill
Yoga is new to Lewiston, but two of the women who brought this studio into being have been teaching in L/A and its environs for many years:
Heidi Audet and Nerys Bayley. They are joined by their friend and fellow yoga teacher, Alice Ruvane. 

Heidi, Nerys and Alice all wanted a place to offer the yoga of their hearts' calling. A place for people to gather, to practice, to learn, to laugh, to chill.

Our downtown studio is located right above Cafe Bon Bon. Natural light, high ceilings and beautiful wood floors will help you melt into your practice at Chill.
