Certified Zumba instructor Adriane Kramer will guide you through this amazingly fun class. Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba is a combination of Latin and International Dance themes that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
